wowaisuite.com is operated by WOWzer Technologies (“we,” “us”). This page explains what information the site handles and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we don’t sell any of it, and most of our free tools run entirely in your own browser.
What we collect
- Forms you submit. If you take the AI Trust Scorecard assessment, we receive the name, email address, and answers you submit. We use them to send you your results and related materials (such as the WISP Workbook), and occasionally to follow up about relevant services. This information is stored in our email and business-automation tools.
- Browser-local tools. The free Cybersecurity Awareness Training and the WISP Workbook run entirely in your browser. Your name, progress, quiz answers, and certificate are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device and are not transmitted to us.
- Hosting logs. The site is served through Amazon Web Services (CloudFront). Standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — are generated as part of operating the service.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
- We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
- We don’t ask for payment information on this site.
Third-party services
Booking a call uses Microsoft Bookings; anything you enter there is handled under Microsoft’s privacy terms. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a standard web request to Google’s servers.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete information you’ve submitted — or to stop hearing from us — email info@wowzer.tech and we’ll take care of it. To clear the browser-local data used by the free tools, clear your browser’s site data for wowaisuite.com.
